You will need the following to
complete one block:
Black Fabric: (6) squares
Body is composed of 12 triangles.
Enlarge Black and White image for
clarity.
Stripe Fabric: (2) squares
Wing Print: (4) squares
Background Fabric: (4) squares
Squares may be cut any size as long
as they are all the same size. For
example, for a 12" finished block,
squares should be cut at 3 7/8"
each. Add sashing, border and
binding as desired. The layout to
the right is just for reference.
